Manor Farm

A listed farm complex converted into five separate houses. The scheme involved a component of master planning with new barns removed and a new road constructed. The principal barn was near collapse and required substantial restoration work. The varying size of the buildings, deferred by their previous farm use, produced an eclectic housing area that retained a sense of place. Materials used were where possible either reclaimed or sustainably sourced to produce a unified project that still read as a single farm complex.
